Due to limited capacity, IIBA cannot guarantee that we will be able to take on your case. However, we are available to discuss the general process. Citizenship Workshops (Registration Required)

As part of the Napa Citizenship Legal Services Collaborative, IIBA Napa offers citizenship workshops assisting eligible permanent residents in applying for citizenship. At the workshop, we provide a presentation, study materials, individual consultations, eligibility screenings, application assistance, attorney review, and representation for those who qualify. Citizenship Classes (Registration Required)

We offer free English as a Second Language (ESL) classes on Mondays, 5:30-7:00pm, at McPherson Family Resource Center (2670 Yajome Street, Napa, CA). These citizenship classes emphasize speaking skills and cover U.S. government, history, and civics, which are topics tested during the naturalization interview.
