By making a tax-deductible gift to IIBA, you are helping immigrant families throughout the Bay Area access high-quality legal services, education, and civic opportunities at low or no cost.
There are many ways to support our work:
Individual Donation
Make a one-time or recurring donation via credit card, bank transfer, or PayPal here.
Write a check payable to Immigration Institute of the Bay Area and mail it to our office at 58 2nd Street, 3rd Floor, San Francisco, CA 94105 (ATTN: Development)
Ask your employer if they will match your donation and double the impact of your gift.
Give through a donor-advised fund (DAF). For more information on how to set up a DAF, please contact your financial advisor or community foundation.
Planned Giving
Include IIBA in your will or revocable trust to leave IIBA a certain amount, a percentage of your residual estate, or a specific asset (such as securities or other marketable property).
Name IIBA as a beneficiary on your retirement account or life insurance policy. You can designate IIBA as a beneficiary of all or a specified percentage of your IRA, 401(k), 403(b), other retirement plan, or life insurance policy.

Event Sponsorship

Gift of Securities
Donate appreciated stock, bonds, or mutual funds. Contact the institution where your stocks are held and let them know that you would like to transfer the shares to the IIBA account at Stifel (DTC Number: 0793 • Account Number: 6037-9142).
Donate cryptocurrency via the widget here. Cryptocurrency donations are one of the most tax efficient ways to support IIBA because you do not owe capital gains tax on the appreciated amount and can deduct it on your taxes. For more information, visit the Giving Block’s website.

Donate your used car in exchange for a tax-deductible monetary donation to IIBA. All cars are accepted regardless of condition.
