IIBA Oakland staff provide immigration legal services in Alameda County.

Our immigration attorneys and qualified legal representatives help Bay Area residents determine if they are eligible for immigration relief, and represent them throughout the application process. 

Consultations

General Immigration Clinic (drop-in) ($30)

People with general immigration questions should come to the Oakland Office’s walk-in General Immigration Clinic every Thursday from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 1:00 to 5:00 pm. The fee for the general consultation is $30.

General Immigration Consultations (appointment) ($60)

Those who cannot make it to our Thursday general immigration clinic, or who would prefer to have a one-on-one consultation with one of our attorneys, can make an appointment for an in-depth one-hour consultation by calling 510-451-2846 x 301. The consultation fee is $60.

Crime Victim Services

Crime Victim Clinic (drop-in) ($0- $30)

The Oakland Office runs a walk-in, Crime Victim Clinic every Thursday from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 1:00 to 5:00 pm. The Crime Victim Clinic provides free U-Visa/ VAWA eligibility screening to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. Victims of other violent crimes will be screened for U-Visa eligibility at a charge of $30.00. Attendees must bring a copy of their police report to the consultation.

Deportation Defense Services

Deportation Defense Clinic (registration for appointment required) ($30)

The Oakland Office hosts a Deportation Defense Intake and Consultation Clinic every second and fourth Thursday of the month from 9:00 am to 12:00pm and from 1:00 to 5:00 pm. Please call 510-451-2846 x 301 to register for an appointment. The Deportation Defense consultation fee is $30.
