On Tuesday, September 5, 2017 President Trump’s administration announced that Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) would be terminated. In response, IIBA has launched a fundraiser in order to defend Dreamers and help as many eligible DACA recipients as possible apply for renewel before the administration’s October 5th deadline. IIBA has planned Know Your Rights Workshops to inform immigrants of their rights, and will continue to fight for and protect Dreamers.
