If your DACA expired on or after September 5, 2016, or will expire within a year, please bring:

 2 Passport size photos

 Prior work permit and/or DACA approval notice

 Copy of previous application, if possible

 Police or court records, if applicable

 Check/money order for $495.00 made payable to: US Department of
Homeland Security

 USCIS Fee for $495.00 covered by IIBA funding
