The Immigration Institute of the Bay Area’s (IIBA’s) immigration attorneys help Bay Area residents determine if they are eligible for immigration relief, and represent them throughout the application process.
Drop-In General Consultations (Thursdays, 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.) ($30)
Every Thursday from 1:00 to 4:00 pm, the San Francisco office holds drop-in consultations. At a consultation, you will be able to describe your situation and receive immigration legal advice from an attorney or qualified legal representative. We will work with you to identify which immigration benefits you may be eligible for, and help you throughout the application process. The fee for a drop in consultation is $30.
General Consultations (appointment) ($60)
If Thursday is not a good day for you, you can schedule an individual appointment Monday to Friday for a $60 fee by calling 415-538-8100 x206.
Citizenship Classes (registration) (free)
We offer free English as a Second Language (ESL) classes that emphasize speaking and cover United States government, history, and civics, all topics tested during the naturalization interview. Classes are currently held every Tuesday from 4:00 to 5:30 pm at the San Francisco office. Please call 415-538-8100 x206 for more information.
IIBA is a member of the San Francisco Pathways to Citizenship Initiative (SFPCI), a public-private partnership between local foundations and the City and County of San Francisco’s Office of Civic Engagement and Immigrant Affairs.
