IIBA does not collect personal information from you unless you provide it to us. Should any material changes be made to the ways in which we use personally identifiable information, we will post the changes on this page of our website at least 30 days in advance.Unless otherwise directed, the International Institute of the Bay Area may include a list of donors and volunteers in our publicly viewable Annual Report or other reports as appropriate. If donors or volunteers do not wish to have their name(s) appear in our public reports, they may contact IIBA’s San Francisco Office. Donors who wish to remain anonymous may also indicate so by marking the appropriate box on the International Institute of the Bay Area’s online donation website, contribution form or return envelope.

Physically stored information is kept in locked files, accessible only by designated staff and volunteers. Electronic stored information is kept in various encrypted databases, accessible only by designated staff and volunteers.
If you have registered to receive e-mail communications from us and later change your mind, you may contact us to have your name removed from our distribution lists. The easiest way to unsubscribe from an email list, is to open an email you wish to unsubscribe from and, at the bottom, click the “unsubscribe” button. WHAT ANONYMOUS INFORMATION IS COLLECTED ON THIS SITE?
